As a Field Services Representative in our Houston office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

 

 

Here’s why we need you:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site project construction administration support, ensuring that the construction is carried out in accordance with our design documents, industry standards, and client requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing activities related to project construction administration, conducting field observations, attending Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, communicating and coordinating with the project design team, our client, the contractor, and the owner.


Additionally, you may be tasked with developing and coordinating system test procedures, organizing user training sessions, administering functional performance tests, attending design meetings, and assisting with document control.

 

 

Expertise of our most successful Field Services Representative:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in engineering/construction management/administration, commissioning, facilities management/operation, mechanical contracting or MEP coordination, or a related field.
  • Bachelors degree in an architectural engineering related field or construction management preferred.
  • Full understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction and general knowledge of operations/maintenance methods.
  • Knowledge of test and balance, and building control systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and life safety systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and other construction-based software.
  • Valid state driver’s license for job site travel.
