As a Project Assistant in our Los Angeles office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

 

Job Type: Part-time, limited-term employment (initial duration of three months), with the potential for extension beyond three months and subsequent transition to a full-time role based on the needs of the office and department. 

 

Work Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week on-site.

 

 

Why We Need You:

In this role, you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity. You will work closely with a project coordinator and both internal and external team members, including clients. You'll handle administrative tasks in line with AEI's policies and standards.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or commensurate experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

Additional Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team environment across all levels of the organization

Estimated Starting Hourly Range: $25 - $28
